NOVA’s PATENTED LOCKING HAND BRAKES are so easy to use, comfortable on the hands and provide optimum control and stability. Simply squeeze to control the speed and push down to lock the brakes in a locked and parked position. Our hand brakes have a 5 year warranty.
COMFORTABLE SEAT & GREAT STORAGE with a durable and padded seat and removable backrest - and roomy and removable storage compartment that has a zipper closure.
