The chair features a built-in headrest and wide, comfortable armrests angled to provide maximum support in any reclined position. With a weight limit of 500 pounds, this heavy-duty Geriatic Chair recliner offers three comfortable positions: upright, deep recline, or with the leg rest/footrest elevated. A retractable lock bar secures the chair in the chosen position.

The Drive 3 Position Heavy Duty Bariatric Geri Chair Recliner also includes self-adjusting suspension and a moisture barrier applied to the seat. The suspension prevents the user from bottoming out when weight and pressure are applied, and the moisture barrier on the seat prevents seepage.

The Drive Medical D574EW Series 3 Position Heavy Duty Bariatric Geri Chair Recliner comes with 5-inch caster wheels, with the two rear wheels featuring brake locks to secure the recliner in place. A large blow-molded tray is attached to the recliner and can be locked in five different positions. For added flexibility, the tray can also be stored on the side of the chair when not in use.
