Lifetime warranty on the carbon fiber frame when the customer registers their product on the byACRE website. Registration can be done here. For all warranty claims, the customer must provide appropriate documentation of the defect, and we will then offer replacement parts or refund as appropriate. Required documentation is typically order number, a picture/video of the defect, serial number (for rollators) and an explanation of how/when the damage or defect occurred. Any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, maintenance neglect, damage caused by external forces, etc. is not covered by the warranty.
